Why this continuing education master's degree?
The space is not univocal. Each person has a particular spatial conception, regardless of typology or form. The interior and exterior spaces in which the activities of private and collective life are developed change according to the many perceptive, environmental and social conditions. Therefore, each space requires some reference tools and specific tools to act in it in a creative and responsible way. The designer must put aside the styles or the ways of doing and adopt a critical research position that allows him to respond to the requirements and the character of a specific space. It is necessary to face the professional intervention with a humble and responsible attitude and to project the spaces from a clear perceptive, sensitive and emotional awareness that contributes well-being to the users.

The Master's Degree in Design and Production of Spaces brings together the theoretical knowledge and the practical strategies necessary to respond to the cultural and professional concerns posed by the exercise of design and architecture. It is structured in two programs: the postgraduate course in Interior Design, focused on the professional field of interior design, a discipline with a brilliant tradition in Barcelona, and the postgraduate in Ephimerals and Radical Museography, which addresses the spaces of exhibition as the meeting point between man and culture within the framework of critical and creative museography.

The masters and postgraduates are taught at the Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB).

Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB)
