Presentation

30th EDITION
UPC School
Shortly we will publish updated information about the new edition of this programme.

"An idea isn't worth much until a man is found who has the energy and ability to make it work." William Feather.

Our daily challenge is to provide students with key knowledge to boost their careers and help them achieve their professional objectives. To be able to reach this goal, we believe we need to help students in two ways: to help develop innovative capacity and boost the personal talent of every one of our students.

Progress is made by non-conformists, the non-conformists who are capable of applying creative thought to resolving problems and extracting everything out of an innovative experience that has the ability to improve peoples' quality of life. But, it is also necessary to possess leadership abilities to be able to apply these changes, and it's only a leader that knows how to take advantage of their own abilities to convert them into competitive advantages that promote change.

Aims

  • To teach university level students about management, administration and organisation, subjects they have not covered specifically over their years in college or even after completing their studies, that are required in their professional lives.
  • To complement and increase the knowledge, and develop decision making abilities of participants who find themselves carrying out management responsibilities in companies.

Who is it for

  • Graduates holding university degrees or diplomas who have professional experience.
