This postgraduate course can be attended as part of the master's degree European Master in Real Estate Valuation.

The activity of the assessments in the field of urban planning is a very important area of work both in the field of private enterprise and public, and yet do not exist, except for the present, integrally programs designed to give a solid solution these training needs.

The program has an applied and with a clear focus on vocational training in urban real estate valuation and therefore in the legal and economic aspects of the management of urban character. This program is part of the modular offer European Master in Real Estate Valuation EM-REV (ON LINE), first program in Spain adapted to the Minimum Educational Requirements (MER) The European Group of Valuers Associations (TEGOVA) aimed is to train highly qualified professionals competency models and valuation under current international standards. Master certify that allows knowledge to access the highest professional distinctive in Europe: the Recognised European Valuer (REV).

Aims

  • Prepare or supplement existing training to qualify for accreditation as Recognised European Valuer, in specific areas of urban management and valuation.
  • Conduct, with the highest level, real estate and urban assessments and planning management projects, using the methods, rules and appropriate standards.
  • Apply with skill, real estate valuation methods applied to the management of urbanism.
  • Advise stakeholders, such as corporations, financial institutions, family offices, brokers, investors, courts, government valuation and real estate operations of urban transformation and applying the appropriate evaluation criteria. This will allow you to greatly expand your career opportunities.
  • Acquire the skills to become a real estate analyst in the field of urban evaluations both in private and public side

Who is it for

  • Architect, Technical Architect, graduate or entitled Sciences Building, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering in Agriculture, Law, Geography, and related qualifications, or that are in the final year of studies and want to guarantee a future career in either the private or public sector.
  • Professionals who want to expand their skills because they are engaged in property development, the facility managment, to property management, management of family wealth (family offices), or are entrepreneurs. Content

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

This program is offered in methodology on-line, through a virtual learning environment that will allow the student:
  • Access to all materials in digital format. Documentation, exercises, videos, tutorials and other resources.
  • Sessions Online Adobe Connect. Video sessions online with Adobe Connect platform. This technology allows students to interact and communicate directly with faculty and peers simulating a real classroom.
  • Monitoring supervised. Teachers guide the learning process of the modules and the final draft proposing questions on the forum, responding group and individual consultations and clarifications required for assessment activities. Advising the student will be continued throughout the course and will take place through direct communication channels Platform: messages, forums, video conferencing, etc.

  • Roca Cladera, Josep
    Doctor in Architecture, UPC Professor. Director of the UPC Centre for Land Valuation Policy. The director of the Doctorate in Urban and Architectural Management and Valuation, which is unique in its kind in Spain as it combines the economic, legal, social and environmental processes involved in town and regional planning. He has written numerous articles related to the real estate economy, the analysis of territorial structures and the city. His most outstanding books focus on the theoretical analysis of the formation of land value and the practical application of valuation methods. Professor Roca is a leading figure in the Spanish and international sphere in the field of valuations, and especially those related to urban management processes. He has been a pioneer in Spain in teaching valuations at graduate level since from the appearance of master's degree courses in the early 1980s.

En el campo de la Valoración ejerce un dominio de todas las técnicas y metodologías, de las normativas y legislaciones que sobre valoraciones tiene España. Es miembro profesional y Vicepresidente del AEVIU.
  • Biere Arenas, Rolando
    Arquitecto, Máster en Gestión y Valoración Urbana de la UPC. Profesor invitado en las materias de gestión urbanística y tecnologías aplicadas al urbanismo. Coordinador de cursos de los programas formativos organizados por el CPSV, en el cual también se desempeña como investigador.
  • Caballer Mellado, Vicente
    FRICS, Dr. Ingeniero, es catedrático emérito de la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia se ha desarrollado como docente e investigador del Departamento de Economía y Ciencias Sociales de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica y del Medio Natural. Es especialista en el ámbito de las valoraciones en suelo rústico, tema sobre el cual ha escrito numerosas publicaciones de referencia en el ámbito internacional. Ha participado en diversas comisiones encaminadas a la redacción de la regulación de la valoración del suelo.
  • García Erviti, Federico
    Doctor Arquitecto, Profesor Titular de Arquitectura Legal de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Autor de numerosas publicaciones en el ámbito de la arquitectura legal y las valoraciones urbanísticas. Especialista en tributación Inmobiliaria y urbanística. Ejercicio profesional en el ámbito del proyecto, la dirección de obre, redacción de planeamiento y administración de la justicia. Responsable del grupo de investigación en regulación y análisis económico del proceso edificatorio.
  • Marmolejo Duarte, Carlos
    REV. Dr. Arquitecto, Máster en Asesoría Inmobiliaria, Profesor Titular de la UPC. Investigador del Centro de Política de Suelo y Valoraciones, responsable de redacción de la Revista ACE: Arquitectura, Ciudad y Entorno. Sus temáticas centrales de investigación se centran en el análisis de las preferencias de los usuarios de proyectos urbanos e inmobiliarios en el contexto del diseño y promoción de proyectos de ese tipo; también en el análisis del impacto de las externalidades ambientales sobre los valores urbanos. El estudio de nuevos métodos de delimitación de submercados inmobiliarios y el impacto de la estructura urbana sobre los valores urbanos forman parte también de su interés que se traduce en una amplia colección de publicaciones. Es miembro del Recognition Committee del The European Group of Valuers Associations, y del Comité de Acceso y Evaluación de Asociación Española de Valoración Inmobiliaria y Urbanística.

    Arquitecto, Máster en Gestión y Valoración urbana por la UPC, Profesor Titular de la Cátedra de Valoraciones, Derecho Urbanístico y Arquitectura Legal de la UPC. Ha sido Arquitecto Municipal en el ámbito de planeamiento, licencias y gestión urbanístico. Experto en materias referidas a las normativas en la edificación, el urbanismo, la gestión y la valoración urbanística. Participa en la impartición de cursos de posgrado en diferentes universidades y colegios profesionales. Es autor de numerosos libros y manuales sobre arquitectura legal, valoraciones y gestión urbanística.

    REV. Abogado. Especialista en Derecho procesal, inmobiliario y público. Es miembro profesional de AEVIU. Profesor invitado del Departamento de Organización de Empresas de la UPC en la EPSEB, donde ha impartido las materias de la prueba judicial, viabilidad urbanística y derecho inmobiliario. Experiencia en el ámbito inmobiliario y urbanístico de más de quince años. Ha sido presidente y secretario de diversas Juntas de Compensación y asesor interino de empresas inmobiliarias. Actualmente dirige una consultoría de servicios legales que defiende los intereses y asesora actuaciones en el mercado inmobiliario de personas físicas y jurídicas.
