Diseño y Cálculo de Instalaciones Mecánicas

Lifelong learning course. Face-to-face.

UPC School

This lifelong learning course can be attended as part of the postgraduate course Conception, Design and Calculation of Mechanical, Electrical and Special Facilities.

Shortly we will publish updated information about the new edition of this programme.

This lifelong learning course can be taken independently or as part of the postgraduate course in Projection, Design and Calculation of Mechanical, Electrical and Special Installations.

The complexity of today's industrial and commercial buildings shows the importance of planning and calculating optimal mechanical installations (ventilation, gas, plumbing). Students taking this course in Design and Calculation of Mechanical Installations will be able to design and carry out integrated projects in this area.

The course will cover ventilation, plumbing and sanitation and gas installations. It also includes solar heating energy installations, given the importance of energy use in modern buildings. Finally, another part of the course is devoted to studying pneumatic installations. All these specialist courses include the participation of expert professionals from each of these areas.

  • The main objective of the programme is to enable participants to carry out designs, calculations, checks and assessments of the various industrial installations in companies in the fields of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, gas, pneumatics and thermal solar heating.

Who is it for

  • Technical and Senior Engineers.
  • Quantity Surveyors and Senior Architects.
  • Professionals wishing to specialise in the installations field.
