  • Massip Bosch, Enric
    Architect PhD. Professor at the Department of Architectural Design at UPC. Visiting Professor at the Politecnico di Milano and renowned architect with extensive international experience in architecture, urban design and city planning. With its office EMBA (www.emba.cat) has won the European Prize for Urban Design Abitare il Mediterraneo LEAF International Award 2009 and 2011.

  • Muñoz Ramírez, Francesc Manuel
    Phd in Geography and professor at the Department of Geography of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Current Director of Urbanization Observatory, Research Group of the Department of Geography at the UAB, and teacher of several master and postgraduate programs at UAB.He has published articles about the city, urban studies and landscape issues. His work includes books like urBANALization: Common Landscapes, Global Places (Gustau Gili, Barcelona, 2008) and Strategies towards low-density city: containment management (Diputación de Barcelona, 2011).
  • Sezneva, Olga
    Sociologist. PhD, New York University. Urban sociologist, curator, Professor of Urban Studies at European University -St. Petersburg, faculty member at University of Amsterdam, founding Co-Director of post-graduate program in urban research and design 'Building City Now' (St. Petersburg), member and curator of the Moving Matters Traveling Workshop: Serial Migrants' Art and Identity.

  • Bayona Mas, Marta
    Architect from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Associate Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the UPC. She completed the Diploma of Architecture at the University of North London, for the course about Barcelona, and Diploma in Landscape Architecture at the University of Greenwich, among others. Cofounder of Bayona Valero Associates Architects, studio that has realized projects in many areas and different scales of architecture and urban planning from the urban project to the architecture of buildings or the renovation or rehabilitation of external spaces.
  • Benedito Ribelles, Mariona
    Architect from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Professor of the Department of Architectural Design at the UPC. She has been professor at ETH Zurich in 2005, Professor of Art and Ephemeral Architecture Master and professor of Summer Studio of Washington University of Saint Louis in several edicions. Winner of the FAD Prize for Ephemeral Spaces with the work "Llàgrimes de Santa Eulàlia". She is co-founder with MartiSanz of the architectural studio MIM-A (www.mim-a.com) since 2007, where she has developed several projects in architecture, public space and exhibition design .
  • Jaffe, Rivke
    Professor of Cities, Politics and Culture at Department of Human Geography, Planning and International Development Studies, University of Amsterdam.PhD in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology. Her anthropological research focuses primarily on intersections of the urban and the political, and includes an interest in topics such as popular culture, environmental pollution, and organized crime. She has conducted ethnographic fieldwork on these and other topics in Jamaica, Curaçao and Suriname. She is currently leading a major research program on public-private security assemblages in Kingston, Jerusalem, Miami, Nairobi and Recife, studying how urban governance changes through hybrid forms of security provision.

Ph.D. Princeton University, Program in the History and Theory of Architecture Dissertation: CyberSovietica: Planning, Design, and the Cybernetics of Soviet Space, 1954-1986. M.A. Williams College, Program in History of Art and Architecture. M.A. Princeton University, Program in the History and Theory of Architecture. Director of Science and Technology Studies Center, European University at St. Petersburg, Russia. She has received several Honors and Awards. She has participated in various workshops and conferences and has published several articles and book chapters.

    Architect from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Associate professor in the Department of Architectural Design at the UPC. Visiting Professor in Architecture-ESARQ International University. He has been professor at ETH- Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. Founder of FLEXOARQUITECTURA, study that has won several prizes and awards on several occasions.
  • Rosell Gratacos, Joaquim
    Architect from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Associate professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning of UPC. He is also a professor at the School of Design IED Barcelona. Usually teaches at several international universities. He has been assistant professor at ETH Zurich with Prof.JLMateo and at the University Center of Design in Barcelona (BAU). Co-founder of the studio Bernardez Rosell SCP Architects. His architectural, urban design and landscape projects have been awarded, selected for several awards and documented in specialist publications. He is the author of the book "Afterwards, Remaking landscapes", GG.

    Architect from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Professor of the Department of Architectural Design at UPC. Master in Architecture and Writing from Elisava-Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Member of the Advisory Committee for the Official College of Architects of Catalonia (COAC) Rehabilitation. Architect consultant at the Palace of Catalan Music. Director of the studio architecture haz s.l.p.

He has won several first prizes and competitions, including: Extension and restyling of the classrooms of the Faculty of Arts (UAB), remodeling the space resulting from the underground railway (Montcada i Reixac) Remodeling Gardens Montserrat Roig in Sant Andreu de la Barca, etc. She is a member of ZFC architects.
