The 2011-12 edition of the postgraduate course has already begun. Shortly we will publish updated information about the new edition of this programme.

The current economic climate shows us that that the growth model that we have come to know and employ in the first world during the last decade is no longer productive. Circumstances have demonstrated that this model was based on some very weak financial pillars like construction, consumption and unskilled labour. If society and political decision makers want to give a renewed boost to the economy they must look to emerging and strategic sectors to do so. This Postgraduate Course in Regional Competitiveness seeks to be much more than just a course for entrepreneurs. It aspires to become public policy.

This course offers students top level content and includes the participation of prestigious Spanish and international speakers not only from academic and political spheres, but also professional experts from the economic development and promotion sectors as well. All of these people are working towards the goal of promoting use of networks and cooperation among regions. This postgraduate course will give professionals and public sector administrators the tools they need to generate financial benefits in their respective areas involvement.

This course is divided into different modules and pragmatically focuses on the master class taught by important Spanish and international speakers. The content taught will be developed in a Skills Workshop while participants simultaneously work on designing a final project which will showcase what they have learned in this class.
