How to pre-register
You must fill in this online
enrolment application form and send it together with the following documentation:
In addition to your CV, the UPC School will also require you to submit the following documents for preregistration on this postgraduate course:
- Letter of motivation
- Letters of recommendation
Pre-enrolment does not guarantee admission to the course.
Once you have submitted your registration form and documents, you will need to pay a registration fee of €110.
This payment must be made online (we will send you the details you need by e-mail).
When we receive the payment, we will write to you to confirm we have received it.
We will then assess your application and, if you are admitted to the course, we will send you a letter of admission.

Before the end of the course, you must hand in the following to the UPC School:
- A photocopy of your degree certificate (legalised if it is not a Spanish degree)
- A photocopy of your National Identity Document or passport
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection and the royal decree that approves the regulations to develop the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data you provide through the forms on this website will be handled confidentially. The data will be stored in the database of the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya and used for the purpose of managing training courses and sending information on the activities of the Fundació and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. The transfer of this data to the UPC Group entities is authorized for the same purpose.
