El próximo jueves 1 de octubre de 2015, a las 19h, tendrá lugar en el Tech Talent Center (c/Badajoz 73, Barcelona) el Open Talent: "Emprender en el mundo de las apps", a cargo de Valentí Freixanet, founder & CEO de Biapum, una startup dedicada el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles para iPhone, iPad y Android. Desde su creación, en octubre de 2010, Biapum ha desarrollado más de 25 apps para organizaciones como la Federación Catalana de Golf, el Mercado de la Música Viva de Vic, el BAM - Barcelona Acción Musical o el festival de música alternativa PopArb.

Esta conferencia dará paso a la presentación en abierto de los proyectos de los alumnos del máster en Mobile Business & Apps Design de la UPC School.

El ponente

Freixanet es un joven emprendedor especialista en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles. Además de su proyecto propio Biapum, es también co-fundador de Dineyo, una nueva aplicación móvil que permite ganar dinero comprando en tiendas cercanas de tu barrio. Es colaborador y docente en el ámbito de diseño y desarrollo móvil para diferentes universidades y centros de Cataluña y profesor independiente en incubadoras y aceleradoras, desde donde transmite su intensa experiencia profesional en este campo. A lo largo de su trayectoria, además de trabajar en empresas de desarrollo móvil líderes, ha sido co-fundador de Bhappy SCP, una red social que consiste en compartir minutos de felicidad día a día, y co-fundador de Clickless SL, una startup dedicada al desarrollo de juegos para móvil de creación propia como Luxme. Ha participado en varias hackatons, como la FinAppsParty, de la que se proclamó ganador el año 2012. Es también Dreamer en el Imagine Creativity Center, desarrollado en el marco del Mobile World Congress 2014.

En este acto se presentarán también los proyectos finales que los alumnos del máster en Mobile Business & Apps Design de la UPC School han realizado en la última edición del programa, durante el pasado curso académico 2014-2015.
