Conferencia abierta para mañana martes día 6 de febrero, a las 19h, en la sala de actos de la ETSAV. Esta vez, el ponente invitado será el ingeniero austriaco Clemens Preisinger, conocido por el desarrollo del software Karamba, que permite el cálculo de estructuras dentro del proceso de diseño paramétrico.

El ponente

Clemens Preisinger es ingeniero e investigador estructural. Comenzó su carrera como investigador en el Instituto de Hormigón Estructural de la Universidad Politécnica de Viena. Desde 2008 Clemens trabaja para la empresa de ingeniería estructural Bollinger-Grohmann. Actualmente dirige el Departamento de Simulación Digital, que investiga las posibilidades de incorporar las técnicas de modelado computacional al diseño arquitectónico.
