An Open Class is to be held at 06:30 PM on tuesday 14-01-2020 at the Tech Talent Center (Badajoz, 73. Barcelona) on Postgraduate in Full-Stack Web Technologies.

This session will consist of developing a real-time chat application using React and Firebase.

We will present the structure of a Firebase database, how to connect an application to Javascript, and how to use it. We will also be using React components so that the application is as similar as possible to Telegram Desktop.

Come to this Open Class and find out about two important topics that we will be covering in the Full-Stack Web Technologies postgraduate course!

The speaker

Pablo Fernández has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the UPC and an Advanced Studies Diploma from the Department of Physics of the UPC. He is currently the co-director of the postgraduate course in Full-Stack Web Technologies at the UPC School, and a lecturer in Mobile Development and Technology at the Image Processing and Multimedia Technology Center (CITM). He is the author of Minidosis.org.
