El sector industrial busca, de la mano de las nuevas tecnologías disruptivas, distintos sistemas más flexibles, ágiles e interconectados que permitan mejorar la eficiencia y competitividad en un escenario cada vez más competitivo y cambiante.

En este Open Talent, Xavier Pi, miembro de la Comisión Industria 4.0 d'Enginyers de Catalunya, responsable de su grupo de trabajo Diagnostic 4.0 y codirector académico del máster en Industria 4.0 de la UPC School, hará la introducción al acto ofreciendo una visión transversal sobre el estado actual de digitalización en la industria y cuáles son los retos a alcanzar a corto plazo para mejorar su competitividad.

A continuación, dará paso a los dos ponentes, que explicarán el caso de éxito de digitalización de su empresa:

  • PORT DE BARCELONA- "5G Maritime e Inteligencia Artificial (IA): Los Aceleradores de la Digitalización de los Puertos"
¿Cuáles son los retos de un smart port? ¿Qué tecnologías emergentes están explorando los puertos y por qué? El 5G Maritime como caso de éxito con la combinación de 4 tecnologías innovadoras.

Licenciada en Ciencias del Trabajo por la UB. Máster en Desarrollo Organizacional por GR Global – Institut for Organizational Development (Tel Aviv, Israel). Programa de Desarrollo Directivo por ESADE. Programa de Liderazgo Transformacional del International Center for Leadership Development ICLD de la Fundación CEDE. Desde 2017 es responsable de Transformación Digital del Port de Barcelona, compañía en la que acumula más de 20 años de experiencia ejerciendo otras posiciones.

  • DAMM – "Camino hacia el Mantenimiento Inteligente"
Veremos cuáles son los retos actuales del mantenimiento industrial y cómo las tecnologías de la industria 4.0 aportan elementos de mejora y optimización desde un enfoque práctico. Lo haremos revisando casos reales de aplicación en Damm: machine learning, digital twins y fabricación aditiva.

Con Domingo Alcalá, jefe de mantenimiento en Damm (Planta de El Prat).

Ingeniero técnico en Electrónica Industrial y máster en Industria 4.0 por la UPC. Acumula 23 años en la cervecera Damm, desarrollados entre los departamentos de mantenimiento e ingeniería. Actualmente, es jefe de mantenimiento en la planta de El Prat, desde donde impulsa la implantación de tecnologías disruptivas 4.0. Entusiasta del diseño electrónico, la programación y el mundo maker en general, imparte cursos de Arduino y participa en una startup creando herramientas educativas para el mundo STEAM.
