Next Thursday, the 26th September at 7pm, the UOC School’s Assembly Room will host the Open Talent: Improved productivity at Damm and High Performance Work Systems (HPWS), with Jordi Barbara, head of production of the Damm factory in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).

In 2004, Grup Damm set up an industrial innovation plan to provide the factory of El Prat de Llobregat with the latest technologies and the top production systems. The aim of this investment was to double the group’s production in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. Today, this company is a success story and has become a reference in modernizing its facilities and also thanks to its productive efficiency since the implementation of a High Performance Working System (HPWS).
