Date: 13-10-2009
Location: Tech Talent Center

The opening event for the Master’s Degree in Aromas and Fragrances will take place on 13 October in the Conference Hall at the Tech Talent Center. The guest of honour will be Jordi Roca, one of the founders of the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, who will give a talk entitled “Carolina Herrera Desserts”.

The event is part of the OPEN TALENT series of talks at the Tech Talent Center, which has been organised by the UPC School to promote knowledge exchange between professionals. In this second edition of Open Talent, Jordi Roca, whose restaurant has two Michelin stars, will explain the secrets of his desserts—a combination of aromas, colours, flavours and decoration that have brought him success in the world of gastronomy.

The event will be attended by students of the Master’s Degree, students from previous editions and teaching staff. It is free of charge and open to all. To confirm attendance, please fill in and send the form "I will attend", which can be found at the side of this paragraph.
