The Open Talent session on "Engineering Success: The Dilbert Factor and other things I didn't learn at University", with Raul Cristian Aguirre, CEO and president of Tango/04 Computing Group and an entrepreneur and mentor of several start-ups, will take place in the Tech Talent Center (c/Badajoz, 73, Barcelona) at 7:00 pm on Tuesday 2 February, 2016.

What skills lead to success in this decade? What are the biggest obstacles to unlimited growth? Is engineering success possible? The Dilbert Factor shows what leading lights such as Rockefeller, Steve Jobs, Messi and Scott Adams (the creator of Dilbert) have in common. This is a new, original, entertaining and surprising session, where those attending will discover the Dilbert Factor and how to exploit it to go much further in their personal, professional and business lives.

The speaker

Raúl Cristian Aguirre has a degree in computer science, and is the founder and CEO of Tango/04, a graduate of the EO/MIT Master Entrepreneur Program (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), holds a diploma from the Higher Institute of Morphopsychology, and is a Scrum Master. He was president (2012-2014) of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) (Barcelona Chapter). He is an award-winning speaker at universities and international conferences, and the official tutor of the Government of Catalonia's Plan Embarca and the mentor of numerous start-ups. He is also a poet, film enthusiast (as a director and screenwriter), amateur actor, a football goalkeeper (who still plays), an avid reader, a proud father, and an absolutely terrible chess player.
