This postgraduate course is also part of the training track for the master's degree European Master on Real Estate Valuation.

The graduate has applied a clear focus on vocational training in the field of analysis of the economic viability of developments or investment property at both the construction, rehabilitation, exchange and city-wide basis.
Therefore a set of contents arises specifically required to analyze, from an economic and financial perspective property developments. Issues related to strategic analysis, based on macroeconomic and political environment, but also makes special emphasis on the more technical aspects based on the methods of financial evaluation of investments are included. Similarly, the analysis of the properties as real estate products, regulation, without neglecting his work as architectural typologies addressed. Different forms of promotion and investment contemporary and funding in the context of international markets are analyzed.

Within this set of content is important to note the new subject of Real Estate Investment, Building and Strategy for Assessment, which alone gives this knowledge specifically required for recognition MER, and also in participating faculty directly linked to The European Group of Valuers 'Associations (TEGOVA) and the European Property Federation (EPF). What brings a highly qualified international vision.

Viability subject of urban and real estate promotions and Workshop feasibility of plans and projects, in which content and knowledge delivered in graduate apply through solving a real case study is also developed.

The graduate has the solid backing of the Center for Land Policy and Valuations, which is a leader in Latin America with an extensive background in real estate research and teaching. It also has the support of the Spanish Association of Housing and Urban Rating (AEVIU) with recognized professional experts participate as teachers in the program. It also has faculty directly linked to TEGoVA and EPF and grants in Spain, through AEVIU, recognition REV. Also participating teachers with extensive experience in real estate consulting.

This program is part of the modular offer European Master in Real Estate Valuation EM-REV (ON LINE), first educational offer in Spain adapted to Minimum Educational Requirements (MER) The European Group of Valuers Associations (TEGOVA) aimed is to train highly qualified professionals competency models and valuation under current international standards. Master certify that allows knowledge to access the highest professional distinctive in Europe: the Recognised European Valuer (REV).

Aims

  • Prepare or supplement specific training in feasibility studies and analysis of investment property to qualify for accreditation as Recognised European Valuer.
  • Conduct assessments of real estate and urban projects where the economic and financial analysis proves crucial. All with a solid knowledge base of existing investment models and funding in a global political and economic context.
  • Apply with skill assessment methods and analysis of real estate development and urban.
  • Anyone who complete the program will have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to perform feasibility studies of complex real estate projects through precise and solid theoretical basis and may apply in your workplace techniques.

  • Roca Cladera, Josep
    Doctor in Architecture, UPC Professor. Director of the UPC Centre for Land Valuation Policy. The director of the Doctorate in Urban and Architectural Management and Valuation, which is unique in its kind in Spain as it combines the economic, legal, social and environmental processes involved in town and regional planning. He has written numerous articles related to the real estate economy, the analysis of territorial structures and the city. His most outstanding books focus on the theoretical analysis of the formation of land value and the practical application of valuation methods. Professor Roca is a leading figure in the Spanish and international sphere in the field of valuations, and especially those related to urban management processes. He has been a pioneer in Spain in teaching valuations at graduate level since from the appearance of master's degree courses in the early 1980s.

En el campo de la Valoración ejerce un dominio de todas las técnicas y metodologías, de las normativas y legislaciones que sobre valoraciones tiene España. Es miembro profesional y Vicepresidente del AEVIU.

    Doctor Arquitecto, Profesor Titular de Arquitectura Legal de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Autor de numerosas publicaciones en el ámbito de la arquitectura legal y las valoraciones urbanísticas. Especialista en tributación Inmobiliaria y urbanística. Ejercicio profesional en el ámbito del proyecto, la dirección de obre, redacción de planeamiento y administración de la justicia. Responsable del grupo de investigación en regulación y análisis económico del proceso edificatorio.

    Arquitecto. Diplomado en PDD (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo) por IESE, Posgrado en Dirección Inmobiliaria por la UAB y APCE. Especializado en Análisis y Desarrollo de Operaciones Inmobiliarias. Socio fundador de Arquitectura G2 y Gilabert Arquitecto. Durante más de 20 años ha desarrollado operaciones inmobiliarias de viviendas, oficinas e industrial, de ellos 9 como Gerente y Project Manager de Edificación en Renta Corporación.

Postgraduate diplomas issued by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Issued pursuant to art. 34.1 of Organic Law 4/2007 of 12 April, amending Organic Law 6/2001 of 21 December, concerning Universities. To obtain this degree it is necessary to have an official or recognized university degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree or diploma. Otherwise, the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya will only award them a a certificate of completion.
