Associate Professor and researcher at the Faculty of Architecture and Design and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Development Studies at the University of Los Andes (Colombia). As a researcher and consultant, she is interested in urban and territorial analysis and planning, concentrating on collective facilities, public space and mobility as determinants of quality of urban life. She is currently the academic coordinator of the Master of Architecture (U.Andes).

Esteban Noguera, Juli
Architect, Doctor Honoris Causa by the UPC (2011) for his long career in urban planning. He participated in the drafting of the General Metropolitan Plan of Barcelona and was the director of the Urban Planning Services of the metropolitan institutions of Barcelona (1977-1992). He directed the City Planning Office of Barcelona (1992-2004) and the Territorial Planning Program of the Generalitat de Catalunya (2004-2010). He is the author of Elements of Urban Planning (1980, 1998) and Urban Planning: concepts, tools and practices (2001, 2010).

Diploma of Advanced Studies of the program of Management of the Territory and Infrastructures of Transport of the UPC. He has been a researcher at Stanford University in the design and analysis of economic forecasting models. He worked in the Cabinet of Economic Studies S. A. between 1984 and 1999, as a project manager leading studies on issues of transport economics, infrastructure provision, construction sector and urban and territorial economy. Since 1991 he has been a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He teaches in the degree in Road Engineering and in the Masters in Logistics, Transport and Mobility, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability and Infrastructure Management. He is a deputy director of the Master's in Science and Technology of Sustainability (MCTS) at the UPC.
