In this workshop students will learn to coordinate to develop a project that starts from a statement with an open solution. In other words, they will not only put into practice the instrumental knowledge, but also those of a strategic, technical and human nature, establishing a new way of working that is more efficient and sustainable.
In this way, each team will design the solution that they consider most appropriate from the multidisciplinary point of view. The challenge is to get the team to advance at the same time, finding the way in which each member contributes to the final product from the beginning.
During the development of the project, the students will be tutored and accompanied in class by the teachers who have taught them the previous subjects, helping them to apply everything they have learned in a real and open case. On the other hand, three teachers develop the role of the operator and operators of the future equipment. In this way, students learn to negotiate the scope of the order and the final solution with the client, both from the perspective of the initial investment and the future exploitation of the asset.
In the same way, we live in an era of constant change with the emergence of new technologies. BIM is the gateway to these technologies in the sector, such as Digital Gemes, Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence, etc. In the hands of experts, informative sessions will be held on these technologies.

BIM opens up a wide range of possibilities in which everyone has the opportunity to develop the services in which they feel more comfortable and capable. In addition, the student will be able to know what opportunities respond to the real needs of the market. In this way, he will develop an entrepreneurial attitude that will accompany him throughout his life.
The valuable professionals of the present and the future are those who provide value and innovation in their professional development, whatever role they occupy. The labour market demands excellent people who think with criteria, arguments and foundations. In addition, people capable of adapting to constantly changing environments are highly valued.
For this reason, we incorporate the lean startup methodology into our program, so that students learn to develop a new service or improve an existing one, with the aim that a real client values their suitability.
In this way, the student is able to develop the subject that interests him most around BIM, allowing him to grow beyond the scope of the program itself.

The arrival of AI-powered rendering engines has multiplied these capabilities, as they allow high quality images to be produced in an automated way, streamlining decision making and improving communication with customers and work teams. Through integration with BIM models, these tools allow evaluating different configurations, optimizing design parameters and generating more attractive and efficient visual environments.
This subject trains students in the use of Autodesk Forma and in the potential of generative AI for the generation of rendering images. It will explore how to take advantage of these technologies for project presentation, iteration of design options.
