The number of new additions to Barcelona's video game studios of Barcelona has increased significantly in recent years. On the one hand, companies need to recruit and make the right decisions, and on the other, many students are aiming to become a part of the industrial nertwork as soon as possible.

This round table aims to provide advice and good practices in both areas - for companies when they are preparing an effective recruitment process, and for future professionals in the sector, for creating a good CV/portfolio and confidently dealing with the demands of a job interview.

She is currently bringing together talent and companies in the sector through the Power Up Talent recruitment agency, which specialises in video games.
