An Open Class is to be held at 07:00 PM on wednesday 20-05-2020 at the Tech Talent Center (Badajoz, 73. Barcelona) on Postgraduate in Conception, Design and Calculation of Mechanical, Electrical and Special Facilities.

Generating electricity for self-consumption is now a reality in both the domestic and industrial spheres. This lecture will explain how to design a solar photovoltaic system for self-consumption. The components of the installation will be described in detail, valued financially, and the return on the investment will be calculated. The lecture will also outline the main aspects of the current legislation for these installations, their legalisation and connection to the electricity grid.

The speaker

Pau Frigola has a degree in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). He has been founding partner and CEO of the engineering company Ecovat since 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in installations projects in the tertiary and industrial fields, and particularly in renewable energy. He is a specialist in solar photovoltaic, biomass and cogeneration.
