An Open Class is to be held at 06:00 PM on wednesday 14-01-2026 of the Postgraduate Business Process Management (BPM) (Live Online).
¿Have you ever experienced that, when driving transformation projects (process, digital, operational, etc.), you feel that “something is missing” but you are not exactly sure what it is? It is more common than it seems.
This feeling usually arises when, in day-to-day work, there is no shared clarity about how things are really done; when processes do not exist, are scattered or difficult to find, and depend more on “who knows it” than on a common criterion. It also appears when duplications and uncontrolled variations coexist, with similar but different versions of the same process; when solutions are over-dimensioned or, on the contrary, fall short; or when, even with a defined process, it is difficult to ensure consistent adherence because it is not understood, does not fit into operations, or its value is not perceived.
Experience tells us that there are five key capabilities —five “superpowers” in business process management— that make the difference between moving forward smoothly or getting stuck in loops of doubts, delays and half-made decisions.
In this session, you will discover what these five keys are, and we will share guiding principles, examples and practical approaches so that these difficulties stop being a barrier and become a driving force towards a more solid, coherent and successful transformation.
